Matthew Dent has been involved from the start and likes to think that the buck stops with him. Oversees all production, new product development and helps with sales.

Caroline Cotton:

Office admin, Sales especially Pots.

Caroline has worked for Fertile Fibre for the last 5 years and bring a great depth of product know how and is our in house techinal adviser. If in doubt speak to Caroline.

Sharron Haworth:

Office Admin, Sales, Quality Control.

Sharron joined the team 4 years ago, as well as sales Sharron speciality is quality control and tracability. If you want to know when,where and why ask Sharron.

Philip Tranter:

Factory Foreman.

The factory is Philip’s domain. Nothing moves unless Philip says so. He processes and mixes all compost.

Sandra Harris:

Factory Assistant.

Philip’s right hand, and being female double checks everything!

Robert Hurst:

Former owner and techinical adviser

Robert started Fertile Fibre and knows all the ins and outs, as well as trialling all products.

Kim Hurst:

Kim trials all new products at The Cottage Herbery and reports the findings.
